Great cuisine, everything is always freshly prepared. The beer garden is also recommended in summer. Schnitzel Day is particularly popular.

Very nice and attentive service, super delicious and fresh food. Outside you can sit nice and the children romp in the playground. The "to go service" currently offered also works perfectly. We love to come back every time.

Very beautiful location on the edge of the Deister, easily accessible by car or hiking.

We had ordered the menu for today to warm ourselves up in the bear cave: - Wild consommé - Roast venison from Deister game, served with napkin dumplings and red cabbage - Plum-Stollen-Mascarpone Dessert It was delicious and, thanks to the very well described instructions, easy to reheat. Thank you for this great Advent dinner

Popped in here after a short hike through the Deister. Roast venison with roasted cabbage and porcini mushroom ravioli in sage butter with pumpkin and parmesan. Tiramisu as dessert. Very tasty and super nice service. We would love to come back !!

Great excursion destination in the Deister ... regardless of the weather ... whether in the beautiful beer garden in summer or in the fireplace room in winter. Small selection of delicious dishes especially the starter salad is to be recommended.

Highly recommended restaurant. Comfortably furnished, sanitary facilities a bit old, but clean. The food is really delicious there. Eight of us stopped by yesterday after a hike (of course by reservation) and almost everyone ate something different and everyone was impressed.
